Template + Voxer 3 Week Support Agreement
Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Senna Studio LTD ("Service Provider") and ("Client").
1. Services Provided
1.1 Template: Service Provider agrees to provide the Client with a [Template] template ("Template").
1.2 Voxer Support: Service Provider agrees to provide three weeks of Voxer support starting from the (date TBC, must be within 6 weeks of buying) within the timezone of Lisbon, 10 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday. The Service Provider will respond to messages within 24 hours, but typically sooner.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 Total Fees: The Client agrees to pay [Total Fee Amount] for the Template and Voxer support.
2.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is due 3 days before support starts.
3. Term and Termination
3.1 Term: This Agreement will commence on the date of agreement and continue until the completion of the Voxer support period.
3.2 Termination: This Agreement has no cancellation policy once booked.
3.3 Dates: The three weeks of support will start no later than 6 weeks after booking. The specific dates will be confirmed once the deposit is paid.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and not disclose it to any third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Template Ownership: The Template remains the intellectual property of the Service Provider. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for their personal or business purposes.
5.2 Usage Restrictions: The Client agrees not to distribute, sell, or share the Template, resources, videos, or the link/login to the mini-course with the videos. The Service Provider can monitor the countries where the links are accessed.
5.3 Additional Support: If there are any major gaps in the instructions for the Template, the Service Provider will record and upload additional videos. Email support for technical issues will be available after the three-week period.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Guarantees: The Service Provider makes no guarantees about the Client's results from using the Template or receiving Voxer support.
6.2 Liability Cap: The Service Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in the UK.
8. Governing Law
8.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the UK.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
9.2 Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
10. Acceptance
By ticking the box, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
