### SQUARESPACE TEMPLATE POLICY

When you purchase a Squarespace template from Senna Studio, here’s what you can expect:

1. **Template Delivery:**
- You will receive an invitation to accept the template as a new website within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weekends, or holidays. If you haven’t received your template within this period, please contact us.
2. **Template Installation:**
- The template will be added to your account as a new website. If you require the template to be added to an existing website, an Install Package add-on must be purchased, contact us for that also.
3. **Responsibility:**
- Once the template is added to your account, it is your responsibility to add content and edit the site. We cannot reverse any changes you make to the template.
4. **One-Time Delivery:**
- The template is sent to you once. If you do not accept the invitation within six months and your free trial expires, you will need to repurchase the template. The same applies if the website is marked for deletion after the free trial expires.
5. **Trial and Subscription:**
- The template comes with a free trial. Ensure you do not let this trial expire by upgrading to a paid plan or requesting a trial extension from Squarespace.
6. **Combined Purchases:**
- If you purchase a Website and Sales Page together, they will be sent as one website unless requested otherwise. Note that the Sales Page will adopt the design settings of the Website Template.

### REFUND POLICY

All our products are digital and cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, we do not issue refunds after purchase. Please review template demos, features, FAQs, and requirements before purchasing. Contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

### SUPPORT POLICY

We are here to help with issues related to the template itself, installation, downloads, and provided files. However, we do not offer support for general Squarespace questions, template modifications, coding changes, or issues arising from these.

### INSTALL POLICY

For those who purchase an Install Package:

1. **Installation Timeframe:**
- We strive to install your template within 48 hours, but this may vary. Please contact us if it takes longer.
2. **Responsibility:**
- After installation, it is your responsibility to add content and edit the site. We cannot reverse changes you make.
3. **Content Disturbance:**
- We will try not to disturb existing content during installation, but we are not responsible for any issues that arise.
4. **Cancellation:**
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel installations at any time, with a refund for the Install service but not for the template.

### COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING POLICIES

- **Usage:** Each template purchase is for one project/website. For multiple projects, purchase additional licenses.
- **Prohibitions:** You cannot resell or claim the design as your own, nor share the templates or design elements.
- **Attribution:** If using the design for a client, do not claim it as solely your work.
- **Images:** Replace demonstration images with your own. We are not liable for any image licensing issues.
- **Rights:** Senna Studio retains the rights to all designs and files included in your purchase.

### IMPORTANT NOTES

- **Template Differences:** Some design elements may vary between platforms (e.g., Canva vs. Photoshop).
- **Software Requirements:** Ensure you have the necessary subscriptions (e.g., Squarespace, Canva).
- **Lifetime Access:** You have lifetime access to templates but not guaranteed updates.
- **Currency:** All prices are listed in POUNDS STERLING.
